Food is very important for our health and energy.
Every day we eat different kinds of food.
We usually have breakfast, lunch and dinner.
For breakfast, I like to eat eggs, bread and cheese.
I also drink tea or coffee.
Sometimes I eat porridge with fruit.
For lunch, people often eat soup, meat, fish, rice, potatoes or vegetables.
My favourite lunch is chicken with rice and a fresh salad. I also like vegetable soup.
Dinner is usually lighter than lunch. I can eat pasta, vegetables or fish for dinner.
I try to eat healthy food and drink enough water every day.
Fruit and vegetables are very good for our body.
Apples, bananas, oranges, tomatoes, carrots and cucumbers contain many vitamins. I also like eating fruit as a snack.
I don't eat too much fast food because it is not very healthy.
Hamburgers, chips, sweets and fizzy drinks can be tasty, but we should not eat them too often.
A healthy diet helps us feel good, stay active and have enough energy for studying, working and exercising.
